Can Growth On The Liver Causes Swelling And Pain In Legs?

After a recent physical, a growth was found on my liver. Since last summer my legs have sharp pain. pain in fixed bones not always joints. Pain wakes me. last week one leg blew up like it was packed in sausage casing. Could these two problems be related?

What kind of growth detected in liver it is not mentioned here, although symptoms of leg pain is nothing to do anything with the growth if this is not infective, (Puss formation) no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
