Can Gym And Cardio Exercise Be Initiated Post Jaundice Infection And Abdominal Pain?

Hello sir,

I suffered from jaundice in dec 2013 and had pain in my left abdomen.I took medication after which the bilirubin levels have come down ,thus i wanted to start with gym and cardio exercises.

so kindly guide me for the above.

Hi Nishant,

Thanks for your query.

You can safely resume gym, PROVIDED SGOT & SGPT levels have reverted to within normal range (Bilirubin levels are not important).

Refrain from exercises until these enzymes' levels come down to normal.
