Can Gynecomastia Lead To Infertility?

HI Doctor, I am from India and 28 years old. Due to swelling in my check, people are seeing my chest very weirdly and my self-esteem was totally low. I am 80 kgs and around 5.6 height. I recently had a gynocomastia surgery. my waist size is 38 [as per indian scaling]. In a month, 4-5 times there will be night falls in night or in early morning. People are looking me weirdly and telling I will not become father. I am still unmarried. I have started lot of excercises in the morning.Kindly advise Yours sincerely Awaiting for your response

Some times being overweight itself can cause gynaecomastia reducing weight may help but if still persists please get hormone analysis.done.so that if there is any imbalance then treatment can be started earlier
