Can Hair Oil Be Used To Treat Dry Hair Caused By Mintop Forte?

hello sir, i am using Mintop forte 5% solution ,just 12 days of using no visible result i found in my scalp rather i think more baldness is happen on my bald areas ,also i am taking hairbless medicine only one after taking dinner at night for 1 month which was prescribed by the doctor .can we use hair oil like himalaya antihairfall oil on hair to soften the hair because on regular use of this solution it causes dry to hair .thank you
