Can Halotop Cream Be Used To Prevent Skin Darkening ?
dear sir. im 25 yrs old and dark complexioned but my neck looks wheatish color, i tried lot of products but it vain and my skin is oily too.. when ever i go out in sun my skin becomes more dark. past 3 months i use halotop cream 3 times a week it results better and my skin got a glow but if stop applying my skin looks black again. shall i continue this cream els not.......

Hi dear,
You need to maintain sun protection .
Use good quality sunscreen while daytime .
Use kojic acid containing cream at night time.
Please stop using halotop cream as it is potent steroid and makes skin thin ,fragile and weak.
You can also visit dermatologist who can suggest you other ways of skin lightning.

halotop contain halobetasole a potent steroid which is contraindicated on face is any dermatological condition bc it can cause a lot of problems. lighting which is a temporary, is a side effect of this cream.
You need a good sunscreen which contain less oil (suncote gel) in morning and a depigmenting containing cream at night (skin-lite, melaglow cream)

So don't stop abruptly...,
1) Morning times use SUNSCREEN LOTION....,
2) Night times...slowly tappers the Halotop and replaced it by..,
Moisturizing cream...ELOVERA...gracewell company..,
3) Tab...levocetrzine daily night times ...
