Can Hashimoto's Disease And Enlarged Lymph Nodes Be Caused By Hypothyroidism?
I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I am currently on Levothyroxine. I had a scan of my thyroid and they think I may have hoshimotos Disease. When scanning my neck they also found two enlarged Lymph nodes in my clavicle area. Could these all be related?
Hi Hashimoto's disease does not cause enlarged lymph nodes. Your lymph nodes in the neck are enlarged so you might be having any upper respiratory tract infection like pharyngitis, laryngitis. It needs to be correlated according to your symptoms. Thank you
