hi,
According to your question, there is nothing to worry about anything.
Duphaston is a trade name for the drug dydrogesterone, which is a synthetic analogue of hormone progesterone. Progesterone is normally secreted in our body. It halts the growth of endometrium, which is a inner lining of uterus.
Sorry for the theorotical description, but this will help you to understand better.
Duphaston works like progesterone, and stops endometrial growth, and helps in treatment of dysfunctional or abnormal menses. So don't worry, you are on correct treatment.
Regarding gym workout, I would like to suggest that you should go for light exercise and avoid rigorous exercise. If your hemoglobin report is normal and you are not feeling weakness, then there is no problem in doing exercise.
