Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You're presenting with classic symptoms of diabetes.
In this situation I would advice my patient to to check the blood sugar to rule out diabetes.
Fasting blood sugar more than 126 mg/dl and PPBS more than 200 mg/dl is diagnostic of diabetes. Consult your doctor.
