Can Having Unprotected Sex Post Missing A Pill Of Sprintec Cause Pregnancy?

Okay, so Im on Sprintec 28 day cycle and i missed one on the first week and one on thr secound week. And today would be the 11th day in my cycle well me and my boyfriend had unprocted sex around 4pm. And now its 11:52pm and my stomach dont feel to good.

hello,
i can understand your concern.
oral contraceptive pills are the most efficacious and have least failure rate if taken as per the schedule of 21 days taking the pill and the next 7 days without pill.
if you have missed a pill take that dose as soon as you remember it and continue the schedule. if you remember it close to the time of next pill donot double the dose.
skipping the doses would reduce the efficacy of the oral contraceptive pill which means you have a higher chance of getting pregnant.
since you have skipped the dose twice the failure rate would also be higher.
if the unprotected sex was less than 72 hrs ago i would suggest you to take levonorgestral 75mg single dose.
continue taking sprintec as usual and use a condom for the rest of the cycle to be doubly sure about protection.
