Can Having Unprotected Sex While Having Birth Control Implant Cause Pregnancy?

I have the birth control implant in my arm and I ve had unprotected sex twice in one night and I m paranoid I m pregnant. I ve taken a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I ve had heavy white discharge from my vag and my best are tender.i think I had my period a week ago unless it was spotting. Please help!!

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Becoming pregnant with unprotected intercourse while on birth control implant is with remote chance because the failure rate is less than 1 %.
Since your pregnancy test has come negative, it says that you are not pregnant.
Experiencing white discharge, tender breasts and spotting during period could be sometimes due to side effects of the birth control implant you are on.
Kindly take a urine pregnancy test again with beta-HCG levels in blood in case the period is delayed or missed to confirm pregnancy.
