Can Having Unprotected Sex While On Birth Control Pills Cause Pregnancy?

I've been on brith control, for more then 2-3 months and haven't miss one been late but after missed one! & I've been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend & I just want to know. Can I get pregnant while on brith control? I've bern feeling sick lately and feeling some sharp pain on my right side & I would just like to know!

Birth control pills are very safe method of contraception. As you told that you missed only one tablet & told all other tablet once daily, the chances of getting pregnant are very less.
Sick feeling & pain in right side can be due to many reasons like intestinal infection, viral infection, etc. It might be due to indigestion or simply due to overwork etc. It is not symptom of getting pregnant.
For pregnancy checking you could do a urine pregnancy test, if your periods are missing. If your period came on time you are not pregnant.
