Can Having Unprotected Sex Without Orgasm Cause Pregnancy?

Hi my friend is afraid she may be pregnant because her and her boyfriend tried vaginal intercourse for the first time.......he has erectile dysfunction and he didnt reach climax when they tried.....she says he only did about 5 thrusts before she made him pull out. she s freaking out and she s my best friend....i want to assure her that she is not pregnant.

As you told, your best friend had penetrative sex with her boyfriend, and now she is worried about pregnancy. I must tell you that, there are few sperms in pre-cum secretions of man. So, even before orgasm and ejaculation, there are chances of pregnancy if a couple indulge in unprotected penetrative sex. Worry of your friend appears to be for genuine reason as they had unprotected intercourse. Therefore I suggest that she should adopt other measures of contraception like post coital pills etc (within 72 hrs of intercourse).
