Can Having Xarelto Cause Light Headed Feeling And Blurred Vision?

Hello Dr.Grief. I am 81 and all blood test are normal. I am on Xarelto. 20 mil. Had an Ablation in Oct.. Just had 3 month check. Do not have to go back for 6 mo. Dr. gave me and all OK. But for some reason am feeling light headed too often. Blurred vision at times, not bad. I do not wear glasses! Only cheaters from store for reading. Haven't had a eye exam for a few years. I'm wondering if Xarelto is causing these side effects and if so should I consider taking something else........Mary

This may not be a side effect of the drug that you are taking, but hypoglycemia could be the likely possibility, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
