Can Head Injuries Cause Stamina And Memory Loss?

Sir, I had a stone fall on my head from a considerable height 6 years ago. Since than, I am continuously loosing my stamina. Moreover my memory is also going down with the passing of time. I had a buzzing sound inside my head. Whenever I give some pressure on my mind, the effected area starts aching. CT Scanned results was ok. But the buzzing sound and memory loss is my major problem still. Please help me.
