My child was climbing on a dining chair and slipped back hitting the back of her head. 2 hours later she had a nosebleed and the following day she has had 2 more nose bleeds. Would this be from hitting head or just a nose bleed. Everything else is normal for her.
hi there could be some trauma to nose that might have injured the nasal mucosal lining that lead to bleeding . use nasal decongestant drops (xylometazoline) 2 drops twice daily for 5 days and give her half tab of cetrizine bed time . if not controlled u have to consult ENT doctor for further examination and management. if there is bleeding point , it needs to be cauterised
