my brother hit the top of his head, very hard just before the end of his shift at work. The next day he began throwing up and has a slight headache. He can eat, some but feels nausea for the past 5 days. Is their a correlation between hitting his head and nausea?
Hi, head injury followed by mild headache and nausea for 5 days is due to concussion injury. As there is no h/o LOC , seizures , ENT bleed and vomiiting , so chances of intracranial injury is very low. So CT head is not needed . Thanks
