Can Head Injury Cause Swelling Around Eyes, Nose And Face?

Hi recently I had a head injury. I blackout from turning too fast n hit my head on the gravel. Went to the emergency room Saturday morning at 4:30. 6 stitches later i was sent home doing just fine but with some nerve damage in forehead/hair line. It is now Tuesday n I woke up this morning with swelling in my face, around my eyes n bridge of noise n my feet as well. I was wondering if me working 7am-9pm all day on my feet, less water than usual, n sleeping funny last night cause this swelling?
