General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Did you meet any accident that led to the hearing loss in one ear? It won’t be appropriate to comment on it without doing a check-up in person.

There are different reasons for the hearing loss, and the treatment depends upon the cause and current condition of the ear. I would suggest you consult an ENT surgeon regarding this. He will be the right person to guide you further on this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
