Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Rickety Chest from strong workout with weight lifting causing imbalance in chest.
Get Second opinion from Physician after Chest -X-ray if ricketty chest is confirmed. Get the Calcium and Vit D levels- which would resolve the causative diagnosis in your case.
Accompanied Anemia needs to be fixed and treated accordingly.
Thus possibility of Weight lifting could cause imbalance in chest look/ or configuration.

Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
