Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello doctor, i am sai my gender male ,my height is 159 cm and age is 27 years old . every one hates me because of my height and my friends also hates me .i hate my life im living in India. please help me to increase my height . gender: male, height:159 cm age:27 years weight: 43kgs please suggest me , no side effects ways in future also.
It is not possible to grow after age 27 in either gender in healthy individuals. Your height is largely determined genetically by the heights of your parents.
I'm sorry you feel that people dislike you, but why would your friends dislike you for your height if they are your friends? Also, there are many women who are smaller for the same reasons and I think you would be able to find people who either are on the smaller side or who are open minded. The singer Prince was 5 foot 2 inches (same height as you are) and he was very successful. So, while your height may a challenge at times, it should not destroy your life. If you are feeling very badly about how people treat you for it, consider talking with a counselor who might be able to help with dealing with negativity you encounter and help put your height in perspective. Wishing you well.
