Can Herbalife Lemon Tea Be Taken While Being On Coumadin And Having Varying Inr Level?

I am taking Coumadin and just recently began herba life. I am drinking their lemon tea (for energy) and the shakes for supplements. Because my inr level changes so much I was thinking that it may not be good to be drinking these. Especially since the tea has caffine. I am 60 yrs. old, after being in the hospital last year for pneumonia I happily lost 60 lbs. And am now at 160 lbs. I am also 5' 5". What is your opinion?

Hello and thank you for your question. You need to read the label on these products. If they contain Vitamin K then they can cause your INR level to vary when you are on coumadin. Green tea and green leafy vegetables have high levels of vitamin K and should also be avoided when you are on coumadin. Good luck to you.
