Can High BP Cause Swollen Legs, Stomach Pain And Bloating?

I have had some hurting in my lower right side and stomach. Feel boated.. Legs swelling and headaches. High bp as well.. I will try and lay down and sometimes it hurts worse.. Period only last 3 short days an light.. And a week or so before tht i had some brownish spotting.

Yes Uncontrolled Blood pressure or High Blood Pressure causes headache and swollen legs in some.Cause for right side abdominal pain and bloating sensation could be due to several reasons,gastritis being very common among them.As for your concern about periods, would like to know more information like
*your age
*Number of days and regularity of your cycles so far
I would suggest you to check with your physician for change of medications for high blood pressure,also he will be able to perform some tests to rule out the cause for the swelling of legs.
