Can High Blood Pressure And Low Blood Pressure Occur In Same Person?

HI, Have had afib for years. When it happens, my blood pressure soars near 200/111 with pulse of 150 and above. Lately, I have lower blood pressure 89/59 with pulse of 59 along with dizziness. I wonder how I can have both high blood pressure at times, and then have low blood pressure (more often low now). Normally I have 115/78 and pulse of 60. I don t need medication - just rest and heartbeat becomes normal soon. Thanks, Nadine
