Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Mrs,

High cholesterol could cause blockage in brain arteries (vessel, which supply blood to brain), which can cause such symptoms.
I would advise your husband to undergo duplex ultrasound of brain arteries.
if will help to find out if there is any narrowing or blockage in brain arteries.

Wishing a good health to your husband

Cardiologist Dr. Rajesh Teli's  Response
hello,
i have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCm.
yes high cholesterol may be the cause of dizziness but not necessarily. If it has been in deposited in vessels like caroitd or other brain vessel it may lead to dizziness.
But you must rle our other causes like hypertension, cervical spondylosis etc.
Must treat high cholesterol with statins,
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
