Can High Level Of Rubella Affect Pregnancy ?

Hello Doctor I am Reshma sakhiya 27 years old from India.i had two miscarriages one was in Aug 2008 and second was in Nov 2010.After 2nd miscarriage Doctor suggest me to do torch test and thyroid.so my Rubella IGG- 500 positive and IGM- negative. CMV Igg 250 and IGM -negative came. and TSH was 94 and Total T4-6.10. After that doctor have me medicine for Thyroid and after 6 months again i did blood test and now results are TSH-4.13 and T4-141(60-155) but my Rubella IGG 500 is not reducing so high Rubella IGG lvl will again create problem in my pregnancy? ,after 2 continuous miscarriage i m very scared and i dont want to lose my baby again. Pls help me doctor is there any more test should i do or any medicines. waiting for ur reply doctor. thanks reshma

Hi Resham,thanks for query.You did not had any treatment for rubella so you can not expect the titre to go down.Please do not get pregnant,until you get treated for this.Please discuss with your doctor about this and also ask him about rubella vaccine.This can happen again,unless you get treated.
