my husband is diabetic and his sugar level is 213 and he has a bad headache on the left side of his head. Will the high sugar levels cause a severe headache? My husband is 42 and has diabetes, high blood pressure and his tryglicerides are off the charts over 800. He weighs about 215 and he is 5"9

High sugars will not cause headache . But high BP can . If his BP is not in control his BP medications needs to be adjusted , Kindly revert back with the medications and the dosage he is on .
Also I advise you take a consult from a dietician for a low carbohydrate , low salt and low fat diet . Kindly revert back .
