Can Hitting My Head On The Kitchen Cabinet Causes Nerve Damage?
3 weeks ago I raised up in my kitchen and hit my head on the cabinet. Bump raised up but didn t get dizzy or headaches or nothing. Next day my neck and shoulder hurt really bad. Went to see Chiro. who said I had an injury similar to a whiplash. Pain is subsiding but concerned about nerve or long term damage. How long can I expect to have total relief? Called the emg room nurse who said they wouldn t do anything but cat scan or xrays with pain med.

As long as the medical advise is concern, it is necessary to get done the CT brain if this was the head injury with some clinical symptoms that appears on next day, else such case need to be kept under observation for couple of days, hope this information helps, till then you can have Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, have a nice day.
