Can Hitting The Chin Hard Cause Vertigo And Nausea?
Hi , I woke up in the morning and turned over on my left side. When I opened my eyes everything was spinning fast and experienced nausea. I remained with my eyes closed several minutes and 15 minutes later it returned to almost normal. What could cause this? Could it have to do with bumping my chin quite hard the night before?
