Hi there, thanks for posting your query on this forum.
You have been suffering from Hypertension since 26yrs & Diabetes Type II since last 5yrs. Any disease which is long standing has some effects on the organs of our body, similarly because of long standing Hypertension & Diabetes now there have been micro-vascular changes in the kidney which lead to micro-albuminuria which indicates kidney dysfunction. It seems you have been quite conscious about your health as Hypertension & Diabetes both are under good control but family history or genetic history also plays an important role in the prognosis of your illness.
Homeopathy does have good medicines for both Hypertension & Diabetes and it can be taken with allopathic medicines without any side-effects or drug reactions.
Role of Homeopathy will be crucial in controlling the illness from progressing to a Kidney disease.

Thanks & Regards,
