I have recently discovered that I have a pilonidal sinus, which had pained only once some 4-5 months ago and did never pain or no discharge bthen after. I met a surgeon and she suggested me to go for excision. But I am afraid of undergoing any surgery coz I ve heard it recurrs. Can homeopathy treat it without surgery?

The treatment of Pilonidal sinus is only possible with allopathy, first is medical management if it does not cure with this then surgical treatment, in both the way it gets alright, the chances of reoccuring is negligible, have nice day.
