Can Hormonal Problem And Pcos Cause Purple Mark On Vagina?

Hi, I noticed 3 months ago a purple under the skin mark which had come up just underneath the entrance of my vagina, i didnt think too much of it and asummed it must have been a birth mark or something(as iv nerver really looked with a mirror down there before) but apon inspection today i have two mor that have appeared, they are dark purple, they are NOT raised spots, there is no itching or pain they just look very odd, and i dont want my husband to notice them. should i be worried about this at all. ( i do have pcos and alot of hormonal issues too, if that helps)
