Can I Apply Lidocaine Gel On The Area Of Hemorrhoid Removal?

Hi, I just had a thrombose Hemorrhoid lanced this afternoon and he used Silver nitrate to cauterize it. I am in agony and am wondering if i can use a Lidocaine gel on the area even though it was just lanced today. Also, can i do an Epsom Salt Sitz bath today or should i wait until tomorrow? thank you!

My response to your question is as follows.

Lidocaine gel is an anesthetic drug and it can be used for pain relief following hemorrhoid removal.
Sitz bath is usually advised from second day, hence wait till further instructions from your doctor.
