hi doc., my first day of menstruation last august 21, we have contact on august 28, and we re using condom but the condom it was broken but the the sperm from my partner it comes out and direct i wash my vagina it is safe thank you am waiting your rsponse asap.. im 39 yrs old, 157cm in height, 44 kg. my period will come regularly only the dats will change but every month

When the ejaculation takes place, the first part of the ejaculate comes out in sperts with quite a force and some part of it is known to directly enter the uterine cavity. Hence washing vagina after the intercourse will not be useful. Instead better take post coital contraceptive pill as early as possible to avoid conception. They are quite effective.
Confirm about your pregnancy about 10 days after the missed period, if at all you do. If you are pregnant, easier and simpler methods like Medical methods are available for Termination of pregnancy before 9 weeks. They are to be used only by and under expert advice and supervision.
