Can I Get My Baby Vaccinated Inspite Of His Treatment For Amoebic Dysentery?

Hi Dr Santosh, my baby is being treated for amoebic dysentery (6 days already) but he is still passing loose stools around 5times per day. But he has an appointment for vaccination today ( 6 in 1, Prevenar 13). Can I bring him for injections or I have to wait until he has no more dysentery. Thank you very much.
