Can I Get Pregnant After Having Protected Sex While On Primolut-n?

Hi I took primolut n to delay my period whilst on holiday. I started taking it 3 days before my expected period and took the primolut n for almost 3 weeks. I got my period on the third or fourth day after stopping taking primolut n, that was December 17th and it lasted till the 24th of December. I had protected sex using a condom whilst on primolut n. It's the 25th of January, can I be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Primulot n itself may not give protection as you didn't use that according to the guidelines of contraception.

But the possibility of pregnancy is less in your case, as:
-You had protected intercourse.
-You got withdrawal bleeding after stopping the pills.

As you interfered with natural menstrual cycle by taking progesterone tablets, that can be one cause for delayed periods.
Possibly in one week you will get periods.
Take care.
