Can I Get Pregnant After Having Unprotected Sex On Last Day Of Period?

I had sex on the last day of my periods after almost 76 hours I took an I pill...my partner mentioned dat he didn't cum inside me but jst for safety I took the pill...after 5-8 days later I had brown discharge for a day nd just later I had red bleeding dat lasted for 2 days...is dat just an side effect or does dat mean I'm pregnant???

I understand your concern.
As you have said that you had unprotected intercourse on the last day of your periods (that would be most likely 5th or 6th day of your menstrual cycle), you were in the safe period(non fertile period) considering you have a normal cycle of 28-30 days.
You have said the you took an I-pill after 76 hours, which is actually to late for the drug to have its effect.
As the I-pill contains large quantity of hormone, it may have side effects like intermenstural bleeding.
In your case, the bleeding you are having is most likely due to side effect of I-pill. And also, you won't have this kind of bleeding if you are already pregnant. So, chance of being pregnant is remote.
But if you are still in doubt, you can confirm it by home pregnancy test after 1-2 weeks.
