Can I Get Pregnant Post Intercourse Despite Having I Pill?

my last period was on 4th november. on 12 th november my bf ejaculated near my vagina. there was no intercourse. after heh ejaculated near the vagina he found the condom to have ruptured. within half an hour i took 1 i-pill and after 8 hours another i pill. are there any chances that i might get pregnant?

As you mentioned that the date of menses was 4th Nov .
Sex done on 12th Nov .
Your boyfriend ejaculated outside the vagina as condom had ruptured , no matter .
You are not pregnant because the sex done on safe period and approximately no chance of any ovulation if your menses is regular . In that condition this act of sex is safe for pregnancy ( i.e. no chance of pregnancy ).
Ejaculation was on outside , again minimum chance until & unless sperm don't enter into vagina directly .
Third , you took ipill as stipulated so they also help , so no pregnancy.
In my opinion you need not to worry , there is no chance of getting pregnancy by you.
