Hi, my daughter is 13 and has come down with a sinus and throat infection. She normally receives Augmentum when seeing doctor. Can I start her on antibiotic called Amoclan bid 1000mg - but for her age, should I halve the tablet. I intend taking her to doctor tomorrow, but only have an appointment for 4pm and I can see she is really not well - the symptoms are what she usually has when she falls ill.
