my daughter vis suffering fm cold frm last 2 weeks ... i gave coromimc ... but didnt become less.. so docter prescibed cepodem 50 5 ml 2 times a day.... she is 2 yr 2 month old and her weight is 12kg..... cn u pls tel me i cn give cepodem 50

For cold which lasts for more than 2 weeks is sometimes associated with sinusitis.So in such type of cold antibiotic is given.Cepodem is an antibiotic (cefpodoxime) covering both gm positive and gm negative bacteria.For 12kg dose is 6ml twice a day
