Hi thanks for contacting HCM.... You are having sore throat ...It could be mild bronchitis.... You are taking correct treatment for that by antibiotic and decongestent .... These both tablet can be taken.... Complete their five day course ...... Steam inhalation done three times a day ...... More water taken ..... Avoid excess spicy foods.... Betardine gargles useful in sore throat.... Salt water gargles also can be done . Drink frequent seeps of hot water... Excess oily food avoided ..... For three days oxymetazoline nasal spray can be taken.... If no improvement than throat swab taken and send for culture. Hope i have solved your concern..... You will be alright in few days ...If not consult physician for auscultation. Take care
