Can I Increase My Height At The Age Of 14?

Hi, im 14 5'7 and 15 in two months, my dad is 5'8 and my mom is 5'2, but all my male cousins,uncles,and grandfathers are all around 5'11-6'2. How tall do you think i'll be? Both my parents grew up in Kenya so they probably suffered from malnutrition, (which is why they have such a short height bt my cousins don't) I am also very athletic if that helps...

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I can assure you that you should reach at least 6 feet by the time your age becomes 21 if you grow like this. You are just 14 and most probably you have another 7 to 8 years of growth period. Over and above growth spurt also takes place withing this range. During growth, a sudden growth of around 5 to 8 inches are possible within a span of a year. I shall not surprised if you reach 6 feet 5 inches in near future. Therefore please do not worry. Concentrate on your studies.
