Can I Take Anti Rabies Vaccine If Trying To Get Pregnant?

last night I had tried to get pregnant for the first time for having a baby and last night only i was bitten by a rat i am worried that if I would take anti rabies vaccine then if I get conceive will it effect my child? Would i take any contraceptic pill to clear it out?
