Can I Take Contraceptive Pill While Taking Thyroid Medicine?

Hi Doc,
I am a 28 years old hypothyroid patient (TSH level - 15.36) and am being treated for it by taking Thyronorm 50 mcg since 3 months. Now my TSH level has come down to 2.35. Is it safe for me to take an emergency contraceptive morning after pill (like I Pill) within 48 hours to prevent a pregnancy? This is the 1st time I will be taking any emergency contraceprive.
