Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and read your concerns!
Thank you for asking us on HealthcareMagic.

I pill is an emergency drug used to prevent pregnancy after an unprotected intercourse. It is used within 72 hours after the act, and in this period the effectiveness of this drug is optimal. It doesn't affect your fertility in the future, and the chances of getting pregnant when you want having a baby, are the same as before.
But it should not be used randomly as a contraceptive method (like every day pills).
If you are in time limits you can take that pill. It may give some side effects in certain cases, as spotting, early menstruation or delay of it. So don't worry if these effects may occur.

I hope this answers your query.'
