Hi,

Your blood pressure is a little bit low, so I do think that your symptoms are related to that. However, I would recommend that you talk with your doctor before making any changes to your medications.

Given the protein in your urine, the Olmetec that you are taking is probably more important of the two, so your doctor may want to stop the Diltiazem instead.

That being said, if you wanted to stop the Olmetec and just take the Diltiazem until you can talk with your doctor, that would likely be safe as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
