This helps in women with conditions like polycystic ovaries, to help regularize their menstrual cycle. I do not think that this will directly help with conception, but instead help with regularizing your menstrual cycle and then make conception easier. It is best to discuss the dosage and duration with an ayurveda specialist, but for now I would recommend the initiation of medication to prevent further miscarriages due to your positive history.
