one day i see advertisment of Dr Ayurveda body growth medicine between age 5 to 35 on sahara one channel at TV.I have some questions about this product.my age is 27 year old.i am very thin.
my weight is about 48-49 kg.i have used many medicine & suppliments.But weight is still & no increase in my body.so Please give me some suggestion can i use dr ayurveda or not.
The answer to your question is "YES" you can use ayurvedic medicine and supplement for weight gain. To be on the safer side please make sure you are not taking any Steroid or unknown content in the name of ayurveda. There are many such bogus products in market selling under the name of ayurveda, but are not.
I am not sure about your perfect weight range because you have not mentioned your Height and Gender. In any case my advice to you is as follows-
1. Ashwaghandha Choorna - 2tsp+ Museli Choorna - 1tsp+ One glass of milk - first thing in the morning.
or / and
2. Ajamamsa Rasayana - Two teaspoon - bed time ( Followed by warm milk) Note - If you are a vegetarian, please avoid the option number 2 , since it contains goat meat.
Hallo, Welcome to HCM, You are not mentioned your height .Basically weight gain can caused by hereditary, age,height and stamina. I think you are not under weight at this age.Do not give more importance to the commercial TV adds.Involve hole body examination.
