Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Ibuprofen is a
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat pain or inflammation caused by many conditions. Commonly encountered side effects of ibuprofen include hemorrhage, vomiting, anemia, decreased hemoglobin, eosinophilia and
hypertension. Other side effects include upper
gastrointestinal hemorrhage, upper gastrointestinal tract ulcer, dizziness and dyspepsia.
Although it is not known to cause renal toxicity, long-term administration of high doses could result in
renal papillary necrosis and injury to the renal tissues. Since you are having certain symptoms related to renal system, it would be better to undergo the following investigations to know what could be the cause for cloudy urine:
1. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
2. Urine routine examination.
Kindly
consult a nephrologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Ashakiran S
