Can implantation bleeding have tissue in it?
I have been dizzy/light headed, nauseous, exhausted/tired, super hungry at times and then feel sick, cramps (like I have not had before) and today I appear to be spotting but noticed some tissue, I feel hot but don't have a fever and have been emotional/ moody

I know this maybe sounds like a period but my period was supposed to start 3 days ago and they have never caused these sympotoms. These sympotoms have been going on for almost 2 weeks.
