Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

You are too young to have high blood pressure and to be treated for it.
I think it is just emotional high blood pressure due to stress and anxiety you are experiencing.

Lifestyle changes are important to control blood pressure and lipidic profile.
-You should eat healthy foods, mostly green vegetables(avoid fatty and processed foods )
-Drink plenty of fluids
-Physical activity at least 5 days a week.
-Try to avoid stressful situations in your life

Don't need to worry.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
