Can Increased BP And Cholesterol Be Cured By Changes In Lifestyle?
i m 22 yr old guy.....my wieght is 88 kg ny height is 5ft 8inch......i got my bp checked and found it was 150/90 i got nervvous for next week i had my bp checked each day it had 150/90 and 130/90 2 occasion each. I was diagnosed with uric acid problem and taking zyloric 300mg each day in morning....my lipid profile has HDL on edge otherwise it was fine.......my lft`s had alt and ast abnormal otherwise fine.....i m cleared of hepatitis(all)....for the past week i have been in lot of stress due to some reasons........shld i go for bp medicine or change my life style or what do u suggest i shld do?

Lifestyle changes are important to control blood pressure and lipidic profile. -You should eat healthy foods,mostly green vegetables(avoid fatty and processed foods ) -Drink plenty of fluids -Physical activity at least 5 days a week. -Try to avoid stressful situations in your life
